Basic plan:
Map to cover the 494/694 Metro
Core, open for discussion, but for now this is our target.

Possible configuration of team:
TC Green Map Council of Elders
- Major jobs to be covered
- Funds coordinator
(Gets the money: Someone with non-profit, or running a small
business experience would be great)
- Mapping coordinator (Makes sure things get on the map:
Someone with map experience would be perfect)
- Content coordinator (Oversees researchers and scouts:
Copywriter, researcher, teacher types would be suitable)
Experts report to Content Coordinator
-----> Architecture Expert
-----> Community Garden/Green Space Expert
-----> Commuting Expert
-----> Energy Expert
-----> Other
- Art Director/printing administrator (Oversees physical
design and production: A professional designer)
- Legal/Accounting (CPA, tax lawyer, or non-profit bookkeeper)
- Advocate (Finds people for various functions, lines
up student groups, helps raise funds)
- Area/Neighborhood Coordinators
as needed.
Depending on funding, we'd shoot
for a full time paid Project Coordinator position. Job
responsibility would be to act as helper to council of elders,
fill in general functions as needed, help oversee volunteer researchers,
do the day to day office stuff. Essentially be the tread that
pulls the whole quilt together.
